Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY 

(POPL MALAYSIA/ POPL.COM.MY)


  • We accept "Old to New" Manufacturing Defect Exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Invoice or Receipt must be presented for exchange.
  • Original Popl must be returned.
  • Popl(s) can be exchanged for a new one within 6 months from the date of purchase if you have posted pictures of your Popl(s) on your Instagram or Facebook with terms and conditions fulfilled. The social media post must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. Pls tag @Poplmalaysia with hashtags #Poplmalaysia and #Poplstory.
  • Popl(s) purchased outside of Malaysia is not eligible for exchange.
  • Popl(s) sold are eligible for exchange due to manufacturing defect only. 
  • Popl Malaysia reserves the rights to reject any exchange that do not fulfil any of the above stated requirements. In the event of unavailable Popls during exchange, Popl Malaysia will exchange a Popl of the same equivalent value.
  • Popl Malaysia reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.


 
HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR PURCHASE


EXCHANGE IN STORES:

Please bring the original item(s) and your invoice to our Authorized Resellers.

FOR ONLINE PURCHASES:

Please email support@popl.com.my with your Invoice. For extended warranty, pls also indicate your Social Media Post URL.

Popl(s) purchased from Secondary Markets or Unauthorized Resellers are not eligible for exchange.

Popl Malaysia's decision is final and reserve the rights to reject any claims and unreasonable request.
